How to order
Choose a piece and, where offered, select your size. “Order on WhatsApp” opens a message containing the product name, code and selected size. You can review the message before sending it.
This website does not take online payments or place an order automatically. Please confirm the current photograph, specifications, availability, total price and payment arrangements with our team before proceeding.
Finding your size
Sizes 35–60 appear only on pieces offering a size choice. Size systems and the fit of different designs can vary. Tell our team your usual ring size and which sizing system you use; we will help confirm the correct option for the piece.
For the most reliable fit, ask a jeweler to measure your finger. If you already have a comfortable ring, share its size marking or inside diameter in millimetres. If you are unsure, ask us before selecting a number or arranging an order.
Delivery & showroom collection
Contact us with the product code and your location to discuss delivery or collection at Unit 5, Gold Park Plaza, Nuru Osmaniye Street, Molla Fenari, Fatih, Istanbul.
Available destinations, timing, charges, insurance and any collection appointment must be confirmed by our team before payment. No delivery time or fee is promised by the website.
Returns, exchanges & adjustments
Before proceeding, ask our team for the return, exchange and resizing terms for your selected piece, especially if it will be personalized or made to order. The applicable time limits, conditions and any costs must be confirmed with the team.
If a piece arrives damaged or differs from what was agreed, keep the packaging and contact us with the product code and photographs. This guidance is not a replacement for your statutory rights.
Caring for your jewelry
Store pieces separately in a soft pouch or lined compartment. Gently wipe them with a soft, clean cloth after wearing. Keep delicate stones and pearls away from perfume, cosmetics and harsh chemicals.
Cleaning methods depend on the metal, stones and any treatments. Ask a qualified jeweler before using ultrasonic machines, steam or chemical cleaners.
Privacy & your information
The website remembers language preferences in your browser. Its own analytics record aggregate page views, search-use counts and WhatsApp-click counts by page and language. They do not record the words you search for or collect your name or contact details.
Hosting and sign-in providers may process connection and security information. Management access uses a separate, password-protected administrator login. Following a WhatsApp or map link takes you to an external service governed by that service’s own privacy information.
